Reporting in the the Marketing Director, you’ll help shape how our Mariana Tek platform connects with fitness brands and their clients.

Some of the other responsibilities include:
- Product Launches: Own product launch strategy and execution, ensuring the successful rollout of new features. Lead a cross functional team that includes Product, Sales, and Customer Success to build launch plans, drive adoption, and measure success.
- GTM Strategy: contribute to regular go-to-market planning with the sales and marketing team. Ensure all product launches and messaging updates are well-understood by all stakeholders, reflected in the marketing plan, and align with overall marketing strategy.
- Messaging & Positioning: Develop and refine messaging frameworks that convey the value of Mariana Tek to boutique fitness studios. You’ll translate technical capabilities into benefits that resonate with studio operators and their clients, focusing on how all features work together to deliver impactful results.
- Competitive & Market Research: Stay informed on the competitive landscape, trends in boutique fitness, and customer needs. Use insights to position Mariana Tek as the most trusted partner for premium fitness brands in the market.
- Sales Enablement: Equip the Sales team with content and tools like pitch decks, battle cards, and other materials that clearly communicate value, address objections, and help close deals.
- Customer & User Advocacy: Partner with clients and our Community Team to build success stories that showcase Mariana Tek’s impact on their businesses and communities.
- Content Development: Work with the content and creative team to create engaging product-related content (blogs, case studies, one-pagers, videos, webinars, etc.) so that every product launch stands out.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product Managers to bring the voice of the customer into product development and influence the roadmap.
- Metrics & Insights: Define and measure key metrics, including adoption, engagement, and revenue impact of your initiatives. Make data-driven recommendations to optimize outcomes.
