Full-Time Senior Product Marketing Specialist

About the Team - Marketing: The marketing team promotes Mirantis and its offerings to prospects, customers, and the community to boost brand awareness, support product-led growth, generate leads, and foster customer loyalty. They also promote open source projects. The product marketing team focuses on container solutions, cloud-native virtualization, and multicluster management.

What you'll be doing: Take ownership of product marketing for one or more products, collaborating with product managers and stakeholders for updates. Prepare materials for product launches (website content, datasheets, blogs, etc.). Create user-centric materials for product-led growth (tutorials, guides, etc.). Prepare sales enablement materials (messaging, presentations, FAQs, sales playbooks). Organize and present sales enablement activities. Work with demand generation to create content for campaigns. Work with sales and customer success teams to create case studies. Assist with PR/AR activities. Collaborate with the Mirantis Open Source Program Office. Create event-related materials. Assist with partner marketing content. Handle other marketing activities as needed.

Qualifications: 5+ years of product marketing experience, preferably in cloud computing. Knowledge of open source technologies. Strong writing skills for technical topics. Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. Self-starter with dedication and persistence. (Bonus for experience in open-source/cloud-native technologies).

Preferred experience: Linux command line, Linux desktop/server installation, IaaS cloud operations (e.g., AWS), deployment automation (e.g., Ansible, Terraform), Git, GitHub, coding (Bash, HTML+CSS+Javascript, Python, GoLang). Familiarity with Kubernetes and open-source community mechanics.
