At Laserhub, we are digitalizing the sheet metal industry.
We are looking for a (Senior) Product Pricing Manager to contribute to product success.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, product managers, and metal tech experts to maximize sales, ensure price accuracy, and develop pricing strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Manage customer price and production cost formulation for all product verticals and shipping, aiming to maximize profitability and order conversion.
- Define and enhance pricing processes, ensuring efficiency, price integrity, and timely response to market changes.
- Collaborate with product managers, metal tech experts, engineers, and stakeholders to promote strategic and operational execution within the pricing scope.
- Establish and track metrics to evaluate pricing effectiveness and process quality.
- Conduct continuous qualitative and quantitative analysis to calibrate prices, costs, and processes (data extraction, analysis, experiments, customer interviews, etc.).
- Do, learn, and iterate quickly.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of relevant experience in pricing, online B2B sales, finance, consulting, or similar.
- Completed Bachelor's, Master's, or MBA degree in Business Management, Econometrics, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of pricing strategies, methodologies, and elasticity estimation techniques.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and abstraction skills; breaking down complex problems.
- Proficient using technology (e.g., SQL and Python) for data extraction, manipulation, analysis, insight generation, informed decisions, and operationalization.
- Passionate about technology and the digitalization of traditional industries.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Good German is a plus.
- Well-structured and able to interact with stakeholders.
Milestones:
- 1 month: High-level knowledge of product pricing mechanisms and challenges.
- 3 months: Important collaborator in product pricing and decision-making.
- 6+ months: Full team member, contributing to pricing strategy and future steps.
