Full-Time Senior Proposal Associate/Manager

Responsibilities:

• Strategically support and lead the development of proposals, including supporting strategy development and leading TCs.
• Ensure proposal input from a variety of stakeholders (sales, marketing, operations, finance, legal, top management).
• QC and sense check stakeholder feedback.
• Deliver high-quality client-focused proposals, budgets, and client grids for new business opportunities.
• Attend department meetings (global RFP Triage, P&C internal meetings, ad-hoc calls).
• Support and participate in proposal training (onboarding new staff, ongoing training).
• Support activities related to client contract coordination, development, negotiation, and execution for key accounts and opportunities.
• Develop standardized procedures and streamline proposal preparation for efficient turnaround times.
• Develop junior staff through lessons learned and continued education programs to optimize team performance.
• Support process improvement initiatives resulting in accurate and effective cost and proposal development.
• Ensure senior management involvement in QC and contribution to key opportunities, with effective communication to clients.
• Ensure continuous departmental process improvements and participate in special projects.

Experience:

Strong proposal experience from a CRO environment.
