Full-Time Senior Recruiter LATAM

Responsibilities:

• Recruiting candidates for clients.
• Expanding candidate pipeline via LinkedIn custom searches.
• Employing candidate sourcing strategies.
• Building a pipeline of qualified candidates for the recruiting manager.
• Executing recruiting campaigns using SaaS Talent hyper-targeting.
• A/B testing campaign strategies for improvement.
• Targeting potential candidates on LinkedIn.
• Refining and improving SaaS Talent messaging.
• Targeting candidates matching job requirements via LinkedIn & email.
• Coordinating qualified candidates with the recruiting manager.
• Documenting and tracking progress weekly using tools like HubSpot, Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Slack.

Requirements:

• 3-6+ years of technical recruiting experience, ideally in a startup or recruiting agency.
• Strong English communication skills (C1 level minimum).
• Proficient in boolean searches on LinkedIn for sourcing ideal candidates.
• Ability to quickly understand job descriptions and target candidates accordingly.
• Self-starter with a desire to learn and grow.
• Adaptable and able to handle changing priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Preferred: Extended US experience before, during, or after college.
