Full-Time Senior Recruiter - Tech Talent Agency

As a senior recruiter, you will oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience while working closely with hiring managers to meet business objectives.

You will play a key role in shaping our talent strategy, optimizing recruitment processes, and fostering a strong employer brand.

You will also be responsible for sourcing candidates for our clients and expanding our candidate pipeline through custom searches on LinkedIn that match the job requirements.

1. Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
2. Collaborate with leadership to define hiring needs, create job descriptions, and develop talent acquisition strategies.
3. Proactively identify and engage top talent through LinkedIn and job boards.
4. Attend meetings with our clients' hiring managers to gather job requirements and build pipelines.
5. Utilize ATS systems and recruitment tools to track, analyze, and improve hiring performance.
6. Ensure a smooth and positive hiring experience for all candidates.
7. Build and nurture relationships with candidates and clients.

Requirements:

• 3-6+ years of experience in technical recruiting.
• Startup or recruiting agency background (ideal).
• English proficiency (C1 level, minimum).
• Professional aggression; proven experience managing stalled hiring processes.
• Proven experience sourcing and placing candidates across multiple industries.
• Strong LinkedIn experience with Boolean search capabilities.
• Self-starter with a desire to learn, grow, and excel.
• Excited to work in a startup environment, adaptable to changing priorities.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
