Full-Time Senior RFP Writer

The Senior RFP Writer collects and maintains responses to requests for proposal (RFPs) and assists the RFP Manager with preparing each section of an RFP response.

This role is responsible for creating and maintaining a database to store and validate previous responses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Making changes to ensure a consistent tone across sections.
• Ensuring content matches the RFP.
• Including standard or approved proposal language.
• Following up with team members for feedback and revisions.
• Ensuring proposal development stays on schedule.
• Working with internal stakeholders to keep data and responses updated.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance (preferred).
• 5-8 years of experience in RFP writing for financial services.
• Qvidian/Upland experience is a plus.
