Full-Time Senior Sales Account Executive

Quinsite is seeking a motivated Senior Account Sales Executive to lead business development initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and close deals in the sales pipeline.
• Prepare monthly sales forecasts.
• Implement strategies to meet sales targets.
• Create sales pitches for all products and services.
• Deeply understand strategic and tactical partnerships.
• Conduct competitive analysis reporting.
• Provide monthly sales reports to leadership.
• Contact potential customers and deliver sales pitches.
• Establish and nurture relationships with key clients.
• Meet or exceed sales quotas.
• Collaborate with customer success, analytics, and other departments.
• Utilize HubSpot CRM software.
• Collaborate with leadership to ensure smooth coordination and collaboration.
• Meet with executive team to review strategic initiatives.
• Hire and train sales representatives.
• Manage a sales representative team.
• Participate in corporate initiatives (e.g., finance, marketing, business development) as needed.
• Up to 20% travel required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 7+ years of sales representative experience.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Self-motivated with a drive for top performance.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Strong sense of competitiveness and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
