Full-Time Senior Sales Account Executive

Quinsite is seeking a self-motivated Senior Account Sales Executive to spearhead business development initiatives.

The ideal candidate possesses a passion for innovation, enjoys collaboration, and thrives in building relationships.

1. Builds, manages, and closes deals.
2. Creates monthly sales forecasts.
3. Develops strategies to reach sales goals.
4. Writes sales pitches.
5. Understands partnerships (strategic & tactical).
6. Completes competitive analysis reports.
7. Presents monthly sales reports.
8. Contacts potential customers & makes sales pitches.
9. Develops relationships with top customers.
10. Meets or exceeds sales quotas.
11. Collaborates with Customer Success, Analytics, and other departments.

• Leadership: Collaborates with leadership, meets with executive team, hires & trains sales representatives, manages a team.
• Participates in corporate initiatives (finance, marketing, bus dev, etc., as needed).
• Up to 20% travel required.
• Qualifications: Degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
• At least 7 years sales representative experience.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational & communication skills.
• Self-motivated, strong sense of competitiveness.
• Excellent time management & organizational skills.
• Uses HubSpot CRM software.
• Enthusiastic about representing company and products.
