Full-Time Senior Sales Account Manager

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree is required; a Master's degree is a plus.
• 10+ years of experience in professional sales and account management with an emphasis on retaining key accounts, penetrating deeper into existing accounts and the development of new business.
• Proven successful work experience in medical device or healthcare sales (device, connected device, bio-tech, digital health).

• Ability to develop relationships with key strategic decision-makers and manage the sales process.
• Ability to continuously multi-task, be self-motivated, be very organized, and extremely detail-oriented with every task at hand, showcasing a great follow-through skillset.
• Ability to think critically and strategically while considering the needs of both the customer and company.
• Skilled in establishing efficient communication channels and liaising between strategic clients and internal departments.
• Expert knowledge and application of strategic, tactical, and consultative selling principles in a complex sales environment.
• Strong analytical skills, including market strategy, customer requirements and success factors, and a value-based selling process.
• Advanced communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to create impactful presentations.
• Negotiation, contracting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel by Air and Car throughout the Midwest Region.
