Our senior management team seeks an experienced sales leader with an industry track record, skills, and passion to attract, coach, and retain a sales team across the retail market.
Role Responsibilities:
- Lead Financial Services vertical sales strategy.
- Protect core client business while driving revenue growth and product adoption.
- Lead team to surpass revenue goals and expand growth areas.
- Guide client presentations showcasing Experian's value.
- Develop and implement best practices for client interactions.
- Internal advocate for vertical across Sales, Product, Strategy, and Marketing.
- Partner on team activities with Finance, Operations, Legal, and Compliance.
- Maintain sales excellence through accurate pipeline and revenue reporting.
- Identify best practices and scale insights.
Required Experience and Skills:
- BS/BA or equivalent.
- 5+ years management experience.
- 10+ years sales experience in FinServ.
- Experience exceeding goals.
- Fluency in digital marketing, AdTech/MarTech, and data solutions.
- Existing client relationships with senior executives.
- Experience presenting customer insights and data-driven strategies.
- Ability to manage long-lasting executive relationships.
Travel: 25-50%.
Compensation: Base salary + incentives/commissions.
