We are seeking a Sales Director for Neuro-ID, now part of Experian's Fraud team. As Sales Director, you will target key, large strategic accounts, showcasing how behavior, device, and network data can solve their challenges and boost their digital operations. You'll develop an account plan for each target, implement it, and close the deal. Post-closing, collaborate with the Client Success Team to expand the business relationship.
To build your pipeline, you'll have a defined list of accounts to prospect. To win those accounts, collaborate across Marketing, Solutions, Client Success, and other teams to guide them through the process, close deals, and expand business opportunities.
Responsibilities include:
- Growing the customer base
- Developing relationships with existing customers to improve usage, upsell products, and expand into new business lines
- Understanding customer businesses technically and operationally
- Demonstrating value through a solutions-based sales approach
- Identifying and securing executive sponsorship
- Negotiating commercial terms with C-level contacts
- Collaborating with multiple teams
Requirements:
- 5+ years of enterprise sales experience
- 3+ years in the fraud and identity space
- Experience with large organizations, their processes, and various partners
- Experience signing contracts with committed revenue
- Experience selling software, SaaS, or similar technology to large organizations
- Existing enterprise account network that can benefit from NeuroID solutions
- Proven ability to build a new pipeline
- Ability to travel up to 30%
