The Role:As a Sr Sales Enablement Specialist, you will work with sales professionals, sales leaders, and sales enablement teams. Reporting to the Global VP of Sales Enablement, you'll work cross-functionally to design and deliver comprehensive sales playbooks as our company grows and scales. You are a self-starter, able to create scalable programs, work with diverse project types, deliver measurable increases in productivity, and excited about shaping the development of our rapidly growing team. How You Will Make an Impact:

  • Become a subject matter expert on our products and offerings.
  • Stay informed on competition, industry trends, and business news to support product positioning and go-to-market plans.
  • Regularly interact with team members to understand challenges and develop sales enablement deliverables to meet their needs.
  • Utilize Excel, PowerPoint, and other tools to design and deliver enablement.
  • Participate in enablement and sales teams as a valued member.
  • Craft effective sales enablement in close collaboration with the Enablement/Sales/Marketing/Product teams.
  • Assist in ongoing content development for Highspot (sales enablement platform).

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in an enterprise sales enablement environment or sales role.
  • Strong business and financial acumen.
  • Experience in PowerPoint presentations.
  • Strong interpersonal and excellent written/oral communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, highly driven to produce results.
  • Proficient in project management and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Excitement for and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a growing team.
