QAD is seeking a Senior Sales Executive for our Digital Supply Chain Solution, passionate about understanding their customers' needs better than they understand themselves.
We are challenging you to teach, tailor, and control, pushing customer thinking and teaching them something new. Proven sales success in large enterprise customers (Automotive, Consumer Products, Food & Beverage, High Tech, Industrial, Life Sciences) is required.
Positively impact QAD business metrics (growth, shorter cycles, larger deals, new accounts) through knowledge, teamwork, and programmatic engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect, identify, develop, negotiate, and close new business within the existing QAD customer base.
- Develop and manage sales pipeline to meet/exceed targets.
- Lead the sales process from qualification to closing.
- Maintain laser focus on target and named account acquisition.
- Keep metrics updated with accurate forecasts, activities, and next steps.
- Understand business landscape and build differentiators into recommendations.
- Effectively present to external customers (all levels, from marketing to C-suite).
- Thrive in fast-paced, intense sales environments.
- Organize internal and external teams to drive deals through complex sales cycles.
- Be a self-motivated overachiever, developing and closing opportunities through relationships, and challenging the status quo.
Qualifications:
- 4-5 years of on-quota, B2B, DSCP, GTTE, SRM SaaS sales experience.
- Experience with Process intelligence verticals is a plus.
- Solid experience in complex, multi-step sales processes.
- Deep understanding of marketing and customer acquisition processes.
- Experience selling to our dedicated segments (Automotive, Consumer Products, Food & Beverage, High Tech, Industrial, Life Sciences).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills (proposals, emails, presentations).

- Drive continuous improvement in team and sales function while achieving individual goals.

- Bachelor's degree preferred.
