Full-Time Senior Sales Leader

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Leader for a growing SaaS business.

Responsibilities:

• Drive full-cycle sales: from lead generation to closing high-value deals.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans.
• Identify and engage potential clients.
• Build and manage a high-quality pipeline.
• Engage senior IT executives to present SaaS solutions.
• Lead complex sales cycles.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts.
• Utilize CRM tools.
• Provide regular reporting and insights.
• Collaborate with product teams.
• Represent the company at industry events.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 7+ years of successful software sales experience.
• Proven experience selling into higher education, government, and healthcare.
• Established relationships in global English-speaking markets.
• Ability to consistently exceed sales quotas and drive revenue growth.
• Strong expertise in outbound lead generation, pipeline development, and consultative selling.
• Experience managing and closing complex, high-value deals.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Highly self-motivated and results-oriented.
• Ability to travel 25-30% of the time.
• Based in Canada or the United States
