As a Senior Sales Manager at Devoteam, you will be a key part of our mission to become the leading ServiceNow partner in Sweden.
You'll play a crucial role in driving the continued growth of our ServiceNow business by selling ServiceNow licenses and related consultancy services to a wide variety of Swedish clients across various sectors.
You'll be a trusted advisor, understanding their business challenges and showcasing how Devoteam's expertise and ServiceNow's capabilities deliver excellent value and drive digital transformation.
Work closely with Business Development, Marketing, and Delivery teams to create and execute effective sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales plans to reach revenue targets and increase market share in Sweden.
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers in corporate, enterprise, and public sector organizations to identify and qualify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions addressing client needs and drive ServiceNow platform adoption.
- Lead the entire sales process, from initial engagement to contract negotiation and closure, to ensure a smooth and positive client experience.
- Maintain accurate sales activity and client interaction records in our CRM system (Salesforce).
- Contribute to the development of best-in-class sales practices within the ServiceNow sales team.
- Stay current on industry trends and ServiceNow's evolving product offerings to provide expert guidance and recommendations to clients.
Experience and Skills
- Proven track record of success in selling enterprise software solutions. Preference for experience in the ServiceNow ecosystem.
- Strong understanding of solution and value-based selling methodologies, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels.
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills, to identify client needs and develop compelling solutions.
- Collaborative and team-oriented approach, to effectively work with cross-functional teams.
- Fluent in English and Swedish (verbal and written).
