Senior Salesforce Administrator is leading the ongoing development, maintenance, and optimization of Salesforce platform.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Lead configuration, maintenance, and enhancement of Salesforce instance.
- Manage daily administrative tasks and support requests to ensure smooth operations.
- Own system audits, data integrity checks, and platform upgrades (Salesforce release management, Optimizer reports).
- Evaluate, scope, and deliver new development initiatives to enhance CRM functionality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions.
- Maintain and evolve internal documentation, training materials, and best practice guidelines.
- Conduct testing and quality assurance for new features and integrations.
- Stay current with Salesforce platform updates and industry trends.
- Regularly perform process analysis and recommend improvements to maximize operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration or related field.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification
- 5+ years experience as a Salesforce Administrator, focusing on Sales Cloud.
- Proven experience supporting sales/revenue operations, marketing, or business development teams.
- Experience in CRO or similar regulated environment is desirable.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, custom solutions using advanced configuration (flows, approval processes, formula fields, etc.).
- Knowledge of Salesforce best practices, data governance, and security standards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with MCAE (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement/Pardot) is a plus.
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively.
- Fluent in English.
