Role Overview: The Senior Solution Architect in the Partner Presales team plays a critical role in enabling strategic partners. This involves educating and empowering partner resources on IFS products, assisting partners throughout the sales process, enabling the go-to-market strategy, and contributing to IFS product/service improvement.
Key Tasks:
- Enabling Partner Resources: Educate and empower partner resources on IFS products.
- Supporting Partners in Opportunities: Assist strategic partners throughout the sales process, including opportunity qualification, conducting demos, and other presales activities.
- Go To Market: Work with the partner manager to enable the go-to-market strategy, ensuring alignment with IFS goals.
- Improving Processes and Tooling: Develop and enhance processes/tools for the partner community.
- Contribution to Presales Content & Marketplace: Contribute to Presales Standard Content and the IFS Marketplace.
- Collaboration with Global Teams: Work with global presales and field teams.
Other: International travel may be required. Proven ability in a solution architect role, preferably in enterprise software. Strong IFS product knowledge, communication/presentation skills, and collaborative abilities are essential. Strong problem-solving skills, strategic thinking, sales process enablement expertise, and conducting product demos are required.
Work Environment: A balance of remote and in-office work is offered.
