Full-Time Senior Solution Consultant

The Specialist Solution Consultant is a technical & business consultant with advanced ability to develop, position and provide industry and product-specific solutions during sales cycles while achieving quarterly and annual sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support product sales as a technical, industry and domain expert.
• Lead discovery workshops to determine customer challenges.
• Give persona and value-based product demonstrations to align solutions with customer needs.
• Develop client partner relationships.
• Guide strategic programs in top accounts.
• Provide feedback to product management to influence product roadmap and strategy.
• Share and learn best practices and reusable assets with other Solution Consultants.
• Stay current on competitive analysis and market differentiation.
• Support marketing events.

Required Skills:

• Experience leveraging or critically thinking about AI integration in work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
• 5+ years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience.
• Industry experience in Manufacturing, Technology, or Telco (desirable).
• Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform or technical expertise with other enterprise cloud software solutions.
• Experience working collaboratively with product management, product marketing, partners, and professional services.
• Territory management skills, including pipeline building and working with Sales counterparts.
• Travel, as necessary.
