The Senior Solution Sales Executive will oversee market success of ServiceNow's IT Workflows products.
- Supports territory strategy and planning.
- Provides input to AE during account planning.
- Supports customers to envision digital transformation value.
- Interlocks with SC & Specialist SC on Capability Roadmap.
- Coaches AEs, ADRs, ACE with specialty solution knowledge.
- Champions diversity and belonging.
- Experience Selling IT Operations Management Solutions in the Retail or Hospitality industry
- 7+ years knowledge on return on investment of specialty solutions area to lead solution win
- Experience as an AE, or in alternative sales/ customer service role
- Understanding of business sales processes
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
- Willingness to travel but located in Atlanta Area
