Moving fast, hiring a strategic sales & GTM leader for growth, scale and consistency. Sr. Solution Sales Executive will spearhead market success for the Technology Workflow Businesses.
This role focuses on driving growth strategy, enhancing solution sales capabilities, and orchestrating cross-functional ecosystem efforts to build a robust sales pipeline and capture market opportunities. Seasoned sales executive will drive business growth in partnership with cross-functional teams (sales, specialist sales, product, marketing, partners, key stakeholders).
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Technology Focused: Develop/maintain strong relationships with key accounts, priority customers, partners, and industry. Align as Executive Sponsor on key accounts. Meet Revenue targets.
- GTM Strategy Development: Build/execute growth strategies with product, sales & cross-functional partners to establish ServiceNow as the leader.
- Solution Sales Specialist “Force Multiplier”: Partner with global teams to drive growth priorities (demand gen, sales play construction, customer events), support geo-aligned solution sales specialists.
- Thought Leader & GTM Voice: Earn trusted advisor status through domain expertise and innovative thinking. Represent the Workflow in global forecast calls, quarterly reviews, acquisitions, GTM planning.
- Market Insights: Analyze business to support strategy, opportunity discovery, and initiatives. Bridge market insights to product pricing/packaging for GTM success. Lead product feedback & roadmap input.
- Specialist Community Development: Foster/expand specialist sales community. Define enablement priorities, ensure competitive readiness.
- Long-Range Planning: Provide industry expertise for long-range/annual planning, growth objectives, prioritization, enablement, demand gen, sales incubation.
- Matrixed Team Leadership: Lead/inspire a geographically dispersed, x-functional team dedicated to workflow GTM success and revenue targets.
- Sales Evangelism: Actively represent portfolio in customer/partner events and executive briefings.
- Alliances and Channel Ecosystem Collaboration: Develop GTM partners.
- Multi-Workflow Strategies: Partner with Global WF Leaders & BU GTM peers to develop strategies.
- Business Development Strategies: Create/execute strategies for pipeline, growth, innovation.
Qualifications:
- 7-10+ years in industry solution sales, business development, and GTM strategy.
- Proven enterprise software sales experience in a large, global, matrixed sales organization.
- Finance & Supply Chain Digital Workflows Service Management platform experience.
- Strong communication skills with Finance and Procurement executives.
- Success partnering with senior product leaders to grow businesses.
- Expert sales, industry, and product knowledge related to XYZ business.
- Experience presenting to large audiences (internal/external, customer/partner events).
- Understanding of customer buying preferences, market dynamics, and key drivers to craft effective GTM strategies.
- Consistent record of meeting/exceeding team quotas.
- Proficient in forecasting, financial metrics, ROI assessment, and market insights analysis.
- Proven record of selling to large enterprise customers and relationships at C-suite level.
- Strong organizational, communication, teamwork, presentation, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Experience inspiring global, matrixed teams to follow best practices.
- Self-starter with a collaborative “win as a team” approach.
- Global role or international experience a plus.
