Full-Time Senior Solutions Engineer

Job Description:

Insightsoftware is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to join our French engineering team. You will be presenting Insightsoftware solutions to potential clients. You'll create and improve both recorded and live demonstration content. You will support the sales team and help build positive and effective relationships with potential clients and internal departments to exceed client expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring Salesforce data accuracy and reporting key metrics across the team.
• Extensive experience in planning and budgeting for Enterprise Performance Management (EPM).
• Proven experience as a solutions engineer or FP&A manager.
• Experience with financial software, statutory consolidation, or disclosure management is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• Create compelling presentations and effectively address client objections.
• Adapt product features to business needs.
• Demonstrate integrity, reliability, and sound judgment.
• Travel up to 30%.
• Understanding financial planning, reporting, and month-end close requirements.
• ERP knowledge from a functional perspective.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Insightsoftware product experience is a plus.
• Strong presentation and communication skills (French & English).
• Strong teamwork, enthusiasm, demonstration, and persuasion skills.
• Establish strong client relationships.
• Answer technical and functional questions from prospects.
• Conduct client discovery calls.
• Stay current on product features and their usage.
• Prepare and deliver product demonstrations tailored to prospect needs.
• Assist in proposal and inquiry management.
• Provide and review best practices, example scenarios, and customer testimonials to potential clients.
• Conduct webinars, on-site training, and product trials for prospects and clients.
• Provide expertise on application support, education, and coverage at roundtables, conferences, and other events.
• Document activities in Salesforce and other assigned tools.
• Complete other assigned tasks.
