Position Overview:
We are seeking an exceptionally talented and ambitious Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our internal HR team. This is not a client-facing recruitment role; instead, you will be responsible for building and expanding our own high-performing team. This full-time, remote position offers the opportunity to play a crucial role in our company's growth and success.
Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Internal Talent Acquisition:
- Lead the recruitment efforts for key internal positions, including senior recruiters, recruitment coordinators, business development (180) recruiters, marketing professionals, and other critical roles.
- Develop and implement strategic hiring plans to support our company's rapid growth and evolving needs.
2. Talent Sourcing and Attraction:
- Create innovative sourcing strategies to identify and attract top-tier candidates for our internal positions.
- Utilize various channels including job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry-specific platforms to build a strong talent pipeline.
3. Candidate Assessment and Selection:
- Conduct thorough phone and video interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for our growing organization.
- Employ advanced interviewing techniques to evaluate candidates' potential and alignment with our company's values and goals.
4. Recruitment Process Management:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for internal hires, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness at each stage.
- Collaborate closely with department heads and executives to understand specific needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
5. Employer Branding and Candidate Experience:
- Enhance our employer brand to attract high-caliber talent to our organization.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, showcasing our company culture and growth opportunities.
6. Onboarding and Integration:
- Develop and implement effective onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires into our remote work environment.
- Collaborate with HR and department leaders to create tailored onboarding experiences for different roles.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, with a focus on internal hiring for growing organizations.
- Proven track record of successfully building teams in a high-growth environment.
- Deep understanding of the recruitment industry, particularly in executive search and specialized roles.
- Experience with remote recruitment processes and virtual team building.
- Strong knowledge of various recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and HR software.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to recruitment and team building.
