Full-Time Senior Technical Recruiter

Position Overview: As our Senior Technical Recruiter, you will be tasked with finding and hiring the best technical talent. We have plans for growth across multiple disciplines, with a heavy focus on engineering. You will work closely with leadership to understand the roles we need to hire for and execute on sourcing candidates and guiding them through the hiring process. Responsibilities:

• Full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, interviewing, closing) across all technical roles
• Constantly track, report, and strategically improve the recruiting process
• Develop targeted hiring strategies and interview criteria for each role
• Develop and implement strategies to build and maintain a strong pipeline through sourcing, referrals, research, and events
• Effectively communicate the mission, culture, and opportunity for growth
• Build trusted and long-term relationships with key stakeholders
• Implement best practices and educate stakeholders on the hiring process and decisions
• Establish robust, scalable recruiting processes ensuring first-class stakeholder and candidate experience
• Promote Iterable's brand

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in a fast-paced, highly agile startup environment
• 5+ years of proven experience sourcing and hiring top-tier engineering candidates
• 2+ years of experience working for an international company
• Ability to serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers
• Proficiency in ATS, LinkedIn, and other recruiting technology tools
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Confident, coachable, and enthusiastic team player

Preferred:

• Experience with Greenhouse ATS
• Mix of agency and corporate recruiting experience
