SUMMARYWe seek a Sr. Trainer, GTM Enablement APJ, to drive Wiz's next growth phase.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, GTM Enablement, you will lead localized sales training activities for the growing APJ Revenue team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Content Localization & Management: Collaborate with GTM Learning and design team to translate key learning content in Mandarin and Japanese.
- Onboarding Training: Deliver in-person onboarding bootcamps (every 6 weeks) to APJ sales team on product knowledge, sales techniques/skills, and sales processes/tools.
- Performance Analysis: Continuously assess and evaluate learning program effectiveness, adjusting to the needs of a fast-growing sales force.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Align global training with localized APJ sales needs, engaging with cross-functional teams.
- Technology Utilization: Leverage enablement technologies to enhance learning experiences and advocate for sales motions/tools adoption.
- Feedback Loop: Establish a feedback mechanism with the sales team to improve learning programs, adapting to changing market conditions and sales needs.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales training, sales enablement, or learning & development
- Experience with sales skills (e.g., value selling, MEDDICC, sales leadership)
- Experience developing content (live/elearning, localized languages)
- Relentless prioritization, and reporting of actions/outcomes
- Successful learning program development/launch for sales teams
- Strong coalition-building and communication across all levels
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, meeting deadlines
- Technical understanding of cloud security solutions
- Dynamic, engaging presenter, building trust and inspiring learning
