SVP – Client Relationships will be a member of sales and account management leadership team at WNS UK and report into the Business Unit Head for the Travel Vertical.
Overall responsibility of delivering and owning a high level of governance of client relationships for Travel.
Note: Candidates with Client Partnering & Client Relationship Management experience in Travel (Farming & Hunting) only.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Functional head for the Client Relationship team, guiding them on Client Relationships.
- Advisory role with Clients, strategizing for outsourcing and business objectives.
- Drive revenue by creating high-value propositions for the client.
- Peer with Clients' Board level to understand business imperatives and gain trust.
- Business oversight of Client Relationships, including account and delivery teams.
- Assist Senior Management in identifying and articulating Client needs, and articulating WNS views.
- Manage client visits and accompany them to Indian Operation Centers.
- Grow Revenue Recovery business unit through sales, farming, and cross-selling.
Degree level education: 10 to 15 years of Client Relationship experience, ideally with senior capacity in:
- An offshoring company with operations in India
- A knowledge services outsourcing company
- Any offshoring or outsourcing company with Travel experience
