Full-Time Senior Vice President of Market Research Sales

SVP of Market Research Sales will ensure the US Sales Team achieves its goals.

• Coaching, mentoring, and client visits/virtual meetings.
• Training Account Managers, AVPs, and VPs.
• Contributing ideas/strategies to the Global Sales Leadership team.
• Developing/maintaining business & monitoring/maintaining sales KPIs (quarterly).
• Achieving team financial goals (minimum target revenue/profit).
• Creating a supportive business development culture focused on account growth/prospecting.
• Building strong relationships with key accounts.
• Making the best bidding choices maximizing gross profit.
• Accompanying sales personnel on calls (in-person/phone).
• Building partnerships with delivery teams for seamless client service.
• Creating/implementing/monitoring strategic marketing/account plans to maximize revenue and product sales.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's or MBA preferred.
• Over $5M in recorded invoiced sales (M3) or 15+ years in sales.
• Proven track record in securing new business.
• Proven ability to mentor/improve sales people.
• Effective communication with management, clients, and internal departments.
• Strong target achievement record (sales activities, quotas, margins).
• Ability to champion accounts internally.
• Collaborative and supportive with colleagues.
• Positive influence on colleagues and other departments.
• Presentable and polished, excellent presentation skills.
• Experience in resolving issues, brainstorming, and problem-solving.
