About Triptease: We are a tech company in the online travel space, empowering hotels against online travel agencies. Our data and digital marketing tools help hotels during crucial times. We have offices in key cities globally and drive significant revenue for hoteliers.

About the Role: We seek a strong, team-oriented SMB Account Executive to expand our presence in NORAM. You should be an excellent relationship builder with a proven track record within the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Grow Triptease's brand presence through relationship building and outbound calling.
  • Prioritize and execute partnerships with independent hotels and groups.
  • Present effectively (in person and remotely) to establish commercial engagements with hospitality groups.
  • Provide efficient follow-up, employing a thoughtful sales approach.
  • Develop comprehensive proposals, negotiate terms and pricing.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of outbound sales experience in travel tech, ad-tech, or SaaS.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet challenging goals.
  • Strong learning aptitude.
  • Adaptable to a start-up environment.
  • Proven ability to create territory and pipeline strategies.
  • Balancing prospecting, lead generation, negotiation, and closing.
  • Strong problem-solving and objective-driven skills.
  • Creating precise call plans to close deals.
  • Leadership skills (motivating and inspiring).
  • Experience with Salesforce, Apollo, or Outreach.
