CyberArk is seeking a highly motivated, energetic, and focused Sales Specialist to join our team in the West Region.
Role Overview: You will contribute significantly to the success of CyberArk’s IGA solution portfolio. You will serve as a primary resource for our field sales force.
Responsibilities:
- Acquire new customers and drive customer growth.
- Engage with large, complex customers.
- Establish collaborative relationships with CyberArk account teams.
- Prospect, qualify, and close IGA sales.
- Combine technical acumen with sales skills to drive success.
- Establish and maintain customer relationships (CISO, CIO, etc.).
- Develop and present business cases.
- Partner with Sales Account Teams, Solutions Engineers, etc.
- Work with Customer Success for product adoption.
- Collaborate with Channel Partners.
- Enhance CyberArk’s IGA and Identity solution portfolio.
- Drive account management responsibilities (solution creation, etc.).
- Be recognized as an IGA subject matter expert.
- Identify, scope, negotiate, and close sales opportunities.
- Provide account plans and strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of prior sales experience in cybersecurity, identity, IGA, or related markets.
- Proven track record of strategic account management and software sales (>$1M quota).
- Successful collaboration in strategic selling.
- Ability to engage in various account management situations.
- Strong presentation skills.
- In-depth knowledge of Identity Security, IGA, and Security.
- Comprehensive understanding of Identity Security vendors and products.
- Experience interacting with Product Management.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Aptitude to understand customer needs, overcome objections.
- Ability to travel (30%).
Compensation:
- Salary range: $108,000 – $150,000/year, plus commissions/bonus.
- Base pay may vary.
