OVERALL SAFETY AND HEALTH RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Comply with local governmental HSE regulations and the safety Policy.
- Participate in safety activities and show best examples.
- Participate in risk assessment and follow the safety action plan.
- Report unsafe conditions/acts and accidents.
- Participate in target-setting for safety KPIs.
- Contracts: Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts.
- Ensuring terms align with commercial objectives and risk appetite.
- Advising stakeholders and providing practical solutions.
- Creating standardized contract templates.
- Managing contract processes.
- Corporate and JV Matters: Taking role of Board secretary.
- Coordinating corporate legal support in South Asia.
- Providing legal advice on corporate matters.
- Ensuring compliance with corporate laws.
- Supervising corporate filings.
- Advising on joint venture management.
- Litigations: Monitoring disputes and assisting in debt collection.
- Managing litigation and dispute resolution.
- Developing litigation strategies.
- Analyzing legal risks.
- Coordinating external lawyers.
- Legal watch: Coordinating with external service providers for legal updates.
- Training: Assessing legal training needs and organizing training.
