Your Tasks:
- Partnering with operational managers:
- Analyzing recruitment needs: Collaborate with teams to identify recruitment needs and define a tailored strategy.
- Sourcing & talent selection: Identify top candidates via CV databases, social networks, and internal tools. Search for new channels to expand the candidate pool.
- Writing & distributing job postings: Write attractive job offers and choose appropriate distribution channels.
- Interviews & candidate validation: Conduct initial interviews, qualify candidates, and maintain seamless communication with managers to validate suitable candidates.
- Administrative candidate management: Update ERP/CRM. Create candidate profiles, track processes, and complete evaluations.
- Following up and reporting:
- Supporting managers throughout the recruitment process.
- Guaranteeing a positive candidate experience via regular and constructive feedback.
- Employer Branding Communication:
- Contribute to the digital recruitment strategy by promoting the company on social networks.
- Recruitment events:
- Represent the company at job fairs, employment forums, and school relations.
Required Skills & Experience:
Technical Experience & Skills:
- Recruitment experience (minimum 2 years desired).
- Proficiency in digital tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, CV databases, ERP/CRM).
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
Relational Skills:
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Empathetic listening and service orientation to meet the needs of managers and candidates.
Organization & Rigor:
- Prioritization, process structuring, and meticulous monitoring.
Strategic Vision:
- Capacity to suggest ideas to improve methods and attract talent.
