Full-Time Specialized Talent Sourcer

Specialized Talent Sourcer identifies and attracts top candidates with specific skill sets or expertise to fill niche positions.

Deep understanding of the industry and job requirements is crucial.

Utilizes specialized sourcing techniques to effectively match qualified candidates to the unique needs of client organizations.

Work Shift: Manila 1st Shift

Work Location: Preferably in commutable distance to Megatower, Mandaluyong City

Work Setup: Once a month visit to the Office Mandaluyong City

Languages: English is a must (Mandarin, Thai, Japanese, or Vietnamese is a plus!)

Experience sourcing for the US market and IT, Niche Food Production (C&D)

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Collaborating closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand unique job requirements and align sourcing efforts with the organization’s goals.
• Reviewing and posting attractive job adverts on specialized job boards to boost candidate interest.
• Reviewing and processing applications on all platforms in a timely manner.
• Utilizing various sourcing methods (online platforms, social media, networking) to identify and connect with potential candidates.
• Implementing traditional, creative, and targeted candidate attraction strategies (mobile and email campaigns, cold calling, recruitment marketing) to cultivate talent communities.
• Engaging with potential candidates through personalized outreach, networking events, and communication channels.
• Conducting and presenting thorough market research (industry trends, salary benchmarks, talent availability).
• Pre-screening candidates to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Sharing market and candidate insights to business hiring groups, consulting on sourcing and hiring strategies.
• Actively promoting the employer brand to potential candidates.
• Ensuring accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and sourcing activities (Applicant Tracking Systems).
• Staying updated with industry best practices, sourcing tools, and techniques.
• Fostering diversity and inclusion by sourcing from diverse backgrounds.
• Identifying process improvement areas within the talent sourcing function.

Position Requirements:

Education: High School diploma required, bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field preferred.

Experience: 3 years’ experience in sourcing or recruiting is required. Deep understanding of, and solid sourcing experience in a specific industry (or industries, markets).

Exposure: Proficiency in using specialized sourcing techniques (X-Ray, Advanced Boolean, data mining, extensions, and aggregators).

Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong research and market analysis skills, ability to handle candidate data, ability to manage multiple tasks, aptitude to address sourcing challenges creatively, continuous learning.
