Produce new business with ServiceNow's largest existing Aerospace and Defense accounts.
Oversee executive relationship management for assigned accounts, and orchestrate virtual teams (Solution Sales, Solution Consulting, Support, and Professional Services).
Provide strategic leadership to clients.
Be the relationship manager between customers and ServiceNow.
Collaborate with Solution teams to develop ServiceNow solutions based on customer needs.
Manage all executive relationships between ServiceNow and clients.
Oversee global account development, including resource deployment.
Build trust and multi-tiered relationships from project/IT teams to CxO level.
Develop a roadmap for client success and capability building within ServiceNow teams.
Achieve financial targets (Licenses, Renewals, Professional Services).
Experience with AI integration in work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
10+ years of experience in software or solutions sales.
Establish trusted relationships with clients, executives, and other teams.
Negotiate deals and maintain strong Program Director relationships.
Understanding of agency mission and prior experience selling to an agency's mission.
Exceed sales targets.
Understand the bigger picture of IT plans.
Foster a customer success focus within a team-oriented environment.
Willingness to travel up to 50%.
