The Commercial discipline drives business growth, manages partnerships, and provides industry expertise to clients and internal teams. The team builds meaningful client relationships through IT services and industry trends knowledge.
As a Senior Business Development Manager, you identify new clients, introduce them to our capabilities, and guide them through the sales cycle. You offer solutions for enterprise IT transformation.
- Responsibilities
- Serve as trusted advisor selling IT Professional Services.
- Identify potential clients via lead generation, cold calling, networking, referrals, and online research.
- Execute the entire client sales cycle, from acquisition to closing and revenue growth.
- Develop and manage a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
- Negotiate, manage, and close new business deals.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on technology challenges within your vertical (Banking).
- Grow your book of business, achieve uncapped commission.
- Participate in speaking events, workshops, and industry conferences.
- Experience Requirements
- 10+ years new business development experience selling offshore/nearshore IT Professional Services.
- Experience within the Banking industry, understanding industry technological trends and challenges.
- Experience leading new business development initiatives for large enterprise clients.
- Sales-driven with hunter-centric experience (prospecting, cold calling, presentations, negotiation, closing).
- Strong ability to identify industry pain points and persuade VP-level decision-makers.
- Additional Requirements
- Significant travel required (local, national, international).
- Occasional lifting up to 25 lbs for tradeshows.
