Full-Time Sr. Business Development Manager - Technology

Commercial Discipline: Driving business growth, managing partnerships, and providing subject matter expertise to clients and internal teams. Creates meaningful client relationships by combining knowledge of IT services and industry trends/pain points.

Senior Business Development Manager Responsibilities:

• Serve as a trusted advisor, selling IT Professional Services to potential clients.
• Identify potential clients through lead generation, cold calling, networking, referrals, and research.
• Execute the entire client sales cycle, from acquisition to closing and revenue growth.
• Develop and maintain a qualified lead pipeline.
• Negotiate and close strategic new business deals.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on technology challenges in your vertical.
• Grow your book of business to exceed personal financial goals.
• Participate in industry events and conferences.

Qualifications:

• 8-10+ years of new business development experience, focusing on offshore/nearshore IT Professional Services.
• Significant experience within the Technology industry.
• Strong understanding of industry trends and challenges.
• Existing network of contacts/customers in Technology.
• Experience leading strategic new business initiatives for large enterprise clients.
• Hunter-centric sales experience (prospecting, cold calling, presentations, negotiation, closing, relationship building).
• Strong ability to identify industry pain points and persuade VP/C-level decision-makers.
• Track record of success achieving £5M+ quota per year.
• Experience in preparing and presenting proposals, business cases, and statements of work.
• Valid passport/driver's license; ability to travel.

• Competitive salary ($152,000 - $231,000 USD annually).
