Full-Time Sr. Customer Success Manager (Large Enterprise)

We're seeking a passionate Customer Success Manager, Large Enterprise to drive mutual success with our fastest-growing clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of clients to drive growth.
• Serve as a trusted advisor and build customer champions.
• Understand and articulate business value through aligning product usage with strategic goals.
• Proactively manage customer success throughout the lifecycle.
• Educate customers on product capabilities and address pain points.
• Project manage onboarding, training, data migration, and roll-outs.
• Identify and address unique use cases.
• Proactively address potential issues.
• Partner with cross-functional teams for new solutions.
• Conduct client-facing meetings (e.g., trainings, business reviews).

Qualifications

• 5+ years of customer success experience at a B2B SaaS company.
• Experience working across multiple business units in large enterprise accounts.
• Customer-centric attitude and strong relationship-building skills.
• Strong project management skills (implementation & rollout).
• Ability to independently troubleshoot client issues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Salary Projection: USD $120,000-$160,000 (San Francisco benchmarks)
