Full-Time Sr. Delivery Lead

The Sr. Delivery Lead is a highly motivated and results-oriented individual responsible for leading and driving successful software project and program delivery from conception to post-launch support. This role demands a deep understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), project management methodologies, Agile principles, and team management skills.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage cross-functional teams of software developers, testers, and IT professionals.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
• Delegate tasks based on individual strengths and skills.
• Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to team members.
• Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Manage project scope, ensuring all deliverables are met to quality standards.
• Manage project risks and scope creep.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders (project sponsors, executives, and customers).
• Manage project boards and tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
• Plan and execute go-live deployments.
• Provide hypercare support during initial post-launch phase.
• Facilitate a smooth transition to ongoing support.
• Stay updated on software development trends and technologies.
• Mentor and coach team members.

Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Information Technology, or similar.
• At least 5 years of project management experience.
• Knowledge of Project Management Lifecycle and software development methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Patient services experience (HUB/Specialty pharmacy)
• PMP Certification or Scrum master certification
• Experience with CRM applications (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce)
