About the Role: This role is pivotal to Now on Now's Product Adoption and Customer Success strategy. Drive strategic, company-wide partnerships with Digital Technology, Product, Engineering, and Customer Outcomes orgs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Align product adoption and success with revenue goals.
- Drive Now on Now engagements end-to-end (strategic conversations, stakeholder management, resolution of complex issues).
- Enable speaker and Customer Success partners.
- Oversee effective product management and design of executive product lines.
- Oversee product adoption and maturity across functions.
- Facilitate feedback to product teams for process streamlining and productivity enhancement.
- Develop and implement user adoption and proficiency training programs.
- Conduct peer-to-peer customer journey discussions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for a unified approach.
- Manage and allocate budget effectively.
- Define and track KPIs for product adoption.
- Build and lead a high-performing team.
Required Qualifications:
- ServiceNow certifications (CMA, CTA, CIS, etc.)
- In-depth technical knowledge of ServiceNow products/platform
- 10+ years in people leadership
- 8+ years in senior leadership roles with product/platform knowledge
- Proven success in developing and executing product adoption strategies
- Strong collaboration, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinking and ability to align with business objectives
- Experience leading dynamic teams in high-growth environments
- Budget management experience
- Bachelor's/Master's/MBA degree (relevant field)
Compensation: $237,800 - $416,200 (base) + equity, variable/incentive compensation, and benefits.
