Produce new business sales revenue from a SaaS license model.
Account planning, territory planning, research prospects, using business development strategies and field-based sales activities.
Develop relationships with C-suite personas (CFO, CIO, COO, CDO).
Oversee client relationship mapping, orchestrating account strategy and leading a virtual team (Solutions Consultants, Solutions Specialist, Success resources, Partners, Marketing, etc.).
Be a trusted advisor to customers, understanding their business and advising on IT roadmap with ServiceNow.
Identify the right specialist/support resources for deals.
Current location in California.
Experience leveraging or critically thinking about AI integration in work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
10+ years of sales experience in software or solutions sales.
Experience establishing trusted relationships.
Negotiate deals and maintain C-Level relationships.
Achieve sales targets.
Understand the "bigger picture" and our plans around IT.
Promote customer success in a "win as a team" environment.
Willingness to travel up to 50%.
Base pay: $142,650 - $212,200, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation, and benefits.
Competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation.
Compensation based on location.
