Produce new business sales revenue from a SaaS license model.
Account planning, territory planning, researching prospects, business development, and field-based sales activities.
Develop relationships with C-suite personas (CFO, CIO, COO, CDO).
Oversee client relationship mapping, account strategy, and lead a virtual team (Solutions Consultants, Specialists, Success resources, Partners, Marketing).
Trusted advisor, understanding customer business and advising on ServiceNow's IT roadmap.
Identify specialist/support resources for deals.
Experience leveraging or critically thinking about integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
10+ years of sales experience in software or solutions sales.
Establishing trusted relationships with current and prospective clients.
Producing new business, negotiating deals, and maintaining C-Level relationships.
Achieving sales targets, understanding the 'bigger picture' and ServiceNow's IT plans.
Promoting a customer success focus in a 'win as a team' environment.
Willingness to travel up to 50%.
