Job Details
You will produce new business sales revenue from a SaaS license model through account and territory planning, prospect research, business development strategies, and field-based sales activities.
What you get to do:
- Develop relationships with C-suite personas across all product sales.
- Oversee client relationship mapping and lead a virtual team (Solutions Consultants, Specialists, Success resources, Partners, Marketing).
- Advise customers on how ServiceNow can help their IT roadmap.
- Identify specialist/support resources for deals.
To be successful, you have:
- 10+ years of sales experience within software or solutions sales.
- Experience establishing trusted relationships with clients and teams.
- Experience producing new business, negotiating deals, and maintaining C-Level relationships.
- Experience achieving sales targets.
- Experience integrating AI into work processes.
- Understanding of the "bigger picture" and IT plans.
- Willingness to travel up to 50%.
- Experience promoting a customer success focus in a "win as a team" environment
