Full-Time Sr. Solution Sales Executive - ITAM/SPM

Solution Sales Manager will oversee market success of ServiceNow's ITAM/SPM products, which are built on Service Management platform creating a single source of truth for enterprise processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supports strategy and solution wins for specialty solution areas.
• Supports territory strategy and planning to improve vertical agreement, account use case targeting and execution.
• Provides input to Account Executives during account planning process based on territory strategy.
• Ensures recommendation to territory strategy and account planning aligns with Now Value principles.
• Supports customers in envisioning digital transformation and developing strategies with the account team, customers and partners.
• Collaborates with Sales Capacity & Specialists on Capability Roadmap for feedback and agreement.
• Coaches Account Executives, ADRs, and ACEs on foundational specialty solution knowledge to identify opportunities and manage sales cycles.
• Customizes time allocation of responsibilities to territory and account team needs and celebrates successes.
• Champions diversity and belonging to create an inclusive environment.

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in return on investment for specialty solutions to lead solution wins.
• Experience as an Account Executive or in alternative sales/customer service roles.
• Understanding of business sales processes.

Travel Required: 30-50%

Compensation: $123,300 - $203,450 base pay, plus equity, variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation.
