Position Overview: Robbins LLP is seeking a Staff Attorney to focus on document review and related discovery work in complex shareholder derivative actions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Document Review: Review and manage documents using DISCO and Relativity to find key documents for depositions and trial.
- Communication: Communicate findings and recommendations to the team and clients.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with the legal team to develop legal strategies.
Education and Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA accredited school and active bar admission in California required.
- Previous experience in corporate litigation and document review preferred.
- Legal research and writing skills preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Commitment to ethics and professionalism.
