Full-Time Talent Acquisition - Senior

Responsibilities:

• Conduct end to end hiring processes, mainly Sales hires.
• Align and maintain communication with hiring managers and HRBPs throughout the entire hiring process.
• Screen resumes and actively search for candidates on different sources.
• Conduct the first interview with candidates to assess attributes and cultural fit.
• Contribute with ideas for improvements to our processes, employer branding and hiring strategy.
• Support the global team in recruitment matters and projects involving talent acquisition.
• Provide an incredible experience for candidates.

Requirements:

• Advanced English - verbal and written communication (you will be part of global projects!).
• Solid experience in Talent Acquisition, specially Sales hires.
• Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology or related areas.
• Experience with recruitment and selection tools (ATS).
• Experience with talent acquisition KPIs, how to generate insights and strategies from data analysis.
• Experience in tech companies or startups (a plus).
