We are seeking a Talent Manager to contribute to our next level of growth and expansion.
As a Talent Manager at Blend, you will be instrumental in shaping and maintaining a positive and productive workplace. You will manage key HR functions, ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding, and oversee policies and benefits. Your work will directly impact our company culture and employee satisfaction, helping us to become the “best place to work in data for people who want to do data right”.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing Contracts: Oversee the preparation, negotiation, and management of employment contracts and other HR related documents.
- Running On/Off-boarding: Ensure seamless processes for new hires and departures.
- Running Benefits: Administer and manage employee benefits programs.
- Event Planning and Organisation: Coordinate company events, including parties and off-site gatherings.
- Managing Career Framework: Develop and manage the career progression framework.
- Managing HR Issues: Address and resolve HR-related matters with discretion and professionalism.
- Interface with Employment Law Advisors: Work with external advisors to ensure compliance with employment laws.
- Managing Appraisals and Promotions Process: Oversee the performance review and promotions processes.
- Managing Learning & Development initiatives: Develop and coordinate training programs and owning the L&D budget.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proven track record in managing HR cases with confidence and professionalism.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Passion for People and Culture, with a strong commitment to employee development.
- Experience in event planning and organisation.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and trustworthiness.
- Strong understanding of UK employment laws and HR best practices.
