As a Talent Scout, you'll thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple requisitions and building strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers. Success requires quick pivoting, performing under pressure, and embracing continuous growth.
Role: Rapidly source and secure top talent (Caregivers, CNAs, Mental Health Specialists, salaried operational managers) across the country.
Responsibilities: Partner with hiring managers to develop and execute recruitment plans, leverage platforms (Indeed, LinkedIn), assess candidate viability, negotiate offers, and refine strategies.
Collaborate with HR, operations, and leadership to ensure seamless hiring processes, provide training, and navigate compliance.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years recruiting experience and Bachelor's degree, or 4 years recruiting experience and High School Diploma/GED.
- Metrics-driven, fast-paced, high-volume individual.
- Experience sourcing, interviewing, and hiring hourly employees (Retail, Manufacturing, Hospitality).
- Experience with job boards (Indeed, ZipRecruiter, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn).
- ATS experience preferred.
- Excellent time management, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
- Adaptability, strong communication skills (all levels), and resilience.
- Must-haves: Honest, resilient, positive, "refuse to lose" attitude.
