Full-Time Technical Project Manager (Ad Tech)

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager (Ad Tech) to join our Advertising Technology team. You will drive the successful execution of technical and IT projects.

You will plan, execute, and close projects, ensuring on-time, in-scope, and within-budget completion. Your role will significantly impact our organization by delivering innovative solutions and optimizing project management processes.

Ideal candidate: PMP certified, experienced in fast-paced projects with evolving priorities, excellent communication skills, and preferably with experience in Cable or Ad Tech industries.

Responsibilities:

• All project-level activities for Ad Tech software platform delivery.
• Lead and develop comprehensive project plans, set milestones, and manage resources efficiently.
• Own key Project Management deliverables (project plan, scope, requirements, communication plan, RAID log, RACI matrix, Go Live plan).
• Manage workstreams, identify and report on gaps and risks.
• Integrate and collaborate with PMO on cross-project dependencies.
• Coordinate meetings and deliverables between clients and third-party vendors, reporting on risks, gaps, or misalignments.
• Work with stakeholders to identify and mitigate project risks and issues, holding resources accountable, and reporting on issues needing executive attention.
• Establish and maintain relationships with leadership, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
• Understand project requirements from business and technical standpoints, serving as liaison between business users and the project team.
• Assist with ticket and bug management, regularly updating JIRA and reporting issues to the Program Manager.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5-7 years of proven Project Management experience in technical/IT.
• Current PMP certification preferred.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments with evolving priorities.
• Skilled in identifying gaps and mitigations, holding stakeholders accountable.
• Proficient in Agile/Scrum and JIRA.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of technical concepts and ability to work with technical teams.
• Strong prioritization and multitasking skills.
• Results-oriented and organized.
