Full-Time Technical Recruiter

As a Technical Recruiter, you will:

• Work closely with Talent leadership and execute the talent strategy.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
• Expertly lead and execute recruitment processes.
• Build a network in the external talent market.
• Leverage data insights to drive recruiting initiatives.
• Follow existing processes while identifying gaps and proposing solutions.
• Operate with urgency and a consultative approach.
• Keep track of applicants and keep them informed.
• Be creative and flexible when sourcing talent.
• Nurture trust-based relationships with candidates.
• Extend employment offers.

What you'll need:

• Passion for and professional experience recruiting within blockchain/Web3.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant full-lifecycle recruiting experience; startup experience ideal.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Exceptional work ethic and coachability.
• Familiar with Lever or comparable applicant tracking systems.
• Strong planning and operational skills.
