• Communicating with potential and current customers by phone in a professional manner.

• Recording conversation details and notes in the company's internal system.
• Cooperating with the sales and marketing team to improve the performance of sales campaigns.

• Minimum of one year of experience in Telesales or customer service.
• Excellent communication skills and a high ability to persuade and deal with various customer styles.
• Commitment to working remotely and discipline in meeting deadlines and achieving specific goals.
• Ability to work under pressure with a positive and motivational spirit.
• Being inside Saudi Arabia is essential.
