This position is an entry-level full-time sales position for Stratas Foods, Foodservice.
Primary Role: Direct Sales development support calling on foodservice operators and bakeries, working with broker organization (if applicable). Focus on operator fry oil testing and product cuttings.
Responsibilities:
- National Brands and mayo, dressings, sauces specialist.
- Assist in Regional and National Account field support (fry test projects).
- Identify operator targets for sales of National Brands products.
- Set up and monitor operator fry tests and product samplings.
- Achieve assigned goals and objectives through direct selling support.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Distributors Street sales reps.
- Daily focus on operator sales calls and support. Participate in sales meetings, attend food shows, and other business activities.
- Lead key operator sales growth through timely lead follow-up and fry test management.
- Provide product solutions, market intelligence, and technical expertise.
- Learn and use effective selling techniques, including product knowledge, professional presentations, and organizational skills.
- Support and regionally direct One Foodservice strategy.
- Proficiency in Salesforce.com for opportunity management and customer relationship management.
- Administrative duties: expense reports, contract management, and timely email responses.
Travel: Up to 50% within assigned territory.

Additional Requirements:
- Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Culinary, Food Marketing, or related field.
- 5-7 years of Foodservice outside sales experience (or equivalent).
- Distributor/Broker/Manufacturer sales experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
- Valid Driver’s License
Physical Requirements: Ability to travel (fly/drive).
Mental/Reasoning Requirements: Ability to handle diverse tasks and manage them effectively.
